An Android customer feedback application developed for a diamond jewellery business. The application provides a structured workflow for collecting customer feedback and communicating that information with backend services, using a local Room database alongside Retrofit-based API integration.
The problem
Customer feedback needs to be captured in a structured and reliable way so that feedback from jewellery customers can be collected and managed consistently instead of relying on fragmented or manual processes.
What I built
Built an Android application focused on customer feedback collection for the jewellery business. Implemented Retrofit for backend API communication and Room Database for local data persistence, providing a structured mobile workflow for capturing and managing feedback.
